How we consult
We take consultancy seriously. We won’t sell you a bunch of days that you’ll never use.
Each project we take on is unique. We make our spec and time estimations for each individual project and they come directly from our expert consultants, not from a sales team (and that’s not just because we don’t have one).

Proof of Concept
Once you’ve shown us the problem, we will take the information and run with it to show you the system with your data. Give us a few days and we can show you how it works and how we might go about solving your problem.
Build a plan
Now that we’ve shown you we can tackle your issues, it’s time to build out a plan: how do we get there, how long it will take, costs associated, any data you need us to work with, etc. We work with you to build a roadmap of the work ahead, so you know what’s coming, when it’s coming and how we can fit into your timings and your budget.
Do the work
We get started. We’re typically able to hit the ground running and get solving your problems quickly and efficiently. But, if you need to break up the project into smaller chunks, so your team can learn, test, and get familiar as we go, we can do that. If you need it quickly because your go live date is around the corner, we’ll be quick. We work at your pace.
